Strikeware203,
I have a PC very similar to yours (I7@4.6ghz + NVidia 1060GT 6GB + 32 GB of RAM, on Windows 10) and I just tested and I got 0 significant frame drop in the couple of minutes I played, likely thanks to my last week optimization (I hadn't tested it so far
), except when the crowd starts & ends to applause, but it's normal, considering what's happening under the hood, and it's not annoying gameplay wise as the point is over.
Globally my framerate is mostly locked at 119.8-120.0 with the occasional drop at ~115 which is barely noticeable, all that with the max settings.
I found a bad bug though : on the 2nd match, the crowd of the 1st match isn't deleted, and thus the crowd grows & grows at each new match started..! It'll be fixed in the next update. Meanwhile, you can disable the crowd.
But if it doesn't help, then you should really check for any background activity ; this tool is pretty neat to notice spikes in the CPU activity :

Else, update your NVidia drivers ; it often can be the cause of unexpected issues. Also, check you didn't force MSAA 4x in your NVidia drivers settings, or something like that.
Finally, be sure you run on the High-Performance power plan, or at least the balanced one, in your Windows 10 Power Options.
Let me know if you find the root of your issue.
